The Camp Courageous Sprint Triathlon is a U.S.A.T. sanctioned event, which requires you to provide a certain amount of information during the registratin process (these are USAT requirements).

BEFORE YOU BEGIN...
you will need to have the following information (for yourself and all team members, if applicable):

• First, Middle, and Last Name
• Mailing address
• Email address
• Birth date
• Phone number
• U.S.A.T. member number (if you have one). If you aren't a member then you'll need to purchase a one-day U.S.A.T. membership ($15) during this registration process.
• Shirt size (shirts are unisex cut)
• Emergency contact name and phone number
• Medical conditions that may affect any treatments should medical aid be required

Once you have all the above information available, please create your entry using the link below. Please note that there are NO REFUNDS and all athletes will be required to have a PHOTO ID when checking-in during packet pickup.
